I am an industrial design student from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. I have come into contact with different areas of design practices. My special interest is in interactive multimedia design because you can create a unique and brand-new experience with all your design skills. Reflective report I once did a lesson project named a tale of two cities and the two cities are London and Shanghai. It was a literature lesson to compare the culture of the two cities. I never thought that one day I would really become a leading role in the ‘tale’. The TTI scheme provides me with the opportunity to experience all the differences and similarities between the two international cities. We can always acquire vivid descriptions of London through any social media. However, when I stood in the crossroad of Oxford Street and Regent Street seeing so many people with different colour of skins and hair passing by. It is more vivid than any pictures or words.
I see all kinds of cultural and art activities in London and I enjoy the V&A Museum and Phantom of the Opera most. The working experience in London will be unforgettable because of the professionality in creative industry also the special London working atmosphere.
